Chuck Eesley

Chuck Eesley is an Associate Professor and W.M. Keck Foundation Faculty Scholar in the Department of Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University. As part of the Stanford Technology Ventures Program, his research focuses on the role of the institutional and university environment in high-growth, technology entrepreneurship.



Kingsum Chow

Kingsum joined the School of Software Technology at Zhejiang University in March 2023. Back in 1996, Kingsum graduated with a PhD degree from the School of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Washington. Since then, he has worked for Intel in USA and Alibaba in China. He received the titles of principal engineer, chief scientist, and senior principal engineer from the two companies he worked for.


Shengyu Zhang

Shengyu Zhang is a researcher under the "100 Talents Program" at Zhejiang University, China. Dr. Zhang specializes in cloud-edge collaborative computing for large and small-scale models, multimedia analysis, and data mining. In recent years, he has published over thirty papers in top-tier journals and conferences such as TPAMI, TKDE, KDD, and CVPR.


Xuhong Zhang

Dr. Zhang is a ZJU 100-Young Professor in the School of Software Technology and College of Computer Science and Technology at Zhejiang University. He received Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering from University of Central Florida, M.S. degree in Computer Science from Georgia State University, and B.S. degree in Software Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology. His research interests include Trustworthy AI, Generative AI.


Shih-Lien Lu

Shih-Lien Lu is a Professor in the Career Track at Washington State University. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from UCLA and has held various positions in academia and industry, including roles as a Visiting Professor at Warner Pacific University, Chief Solutions Officer at Piecemakers Technology, Director at TSMC, Director of Memory Architecture Lab at Intel Labs, Associate Professor at Oregon State University, and Design System Manager at USC/ISI.


Jianmei Guo

Prof. Jianmei Guo co-directs the System Optimization Lab in the School of Data Science and Engineering at East China Normal University. His research interests include the quality assurance and performance optimization of software systems. He received two Best Paper Awards of SPLC 2016, Canadian AI 2017, and an ACM SIGSOFT Distinguished Paper Award of ASE 2015.



Cheng Wang

Cheng Wang is a senior software engineer at Alibaba Group. Before joining Alibaba (2018), he worked on enabling docker/k8s capabilities for vSphere at VMware. He earned the Ph.D. (2016) degree in Computer Science and Engineering at Penn State University, and the M.E. (2011) and B.E. (2008) degrees in Automation at Tsinghua University.  He is working on improving the end-to-end observability/reliability of Alibaba large-scale AI infrastructure.


Tony Wu

Technical Lead at Intel for software-hardware co-design for AI Analytics and next-gen CPU/GPU with 10 years of work experience as a technical lead/engineering manager for AI, cloud and enterprise computing in Silicon Valley. Profound expertise on multi-core computer architecture and datacenter computing, including LLMs, AI Deep Learning, Big Data & Analytics, Database. Diverse engineering background on computer engineering, adaptive control, and machine learning.


Li Zhu

Zhu Li received her Bachelor's Degree from Beijing Sport University, majoring in Physical Education, from 1995.9 to 1999.7, and has been working as a teacher in the Department of Public Physical Education of Zhejiang University (now the Department of Public Physical Education and Arts of Zhejiang University) from 1999.8 to the present.


Jihong Zhou

Zhou Jihong, Ph.D. in Tea Science, she started as a Distinguished Associate Researcher at the Tea Research Institute of the College of Agriculture and Biotechnology of Zhejiang University in 2021.11. She is a guest lecturer at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium), Université Libre de Bruxelles (Brussels), and the Confucius Institute at the University of Applied Sciences of the South (Netherlands), and she has been honored with the U.S. Committee of 100 Award of Excellence.

本课程为期90天,以“智能化技术助推可持续发展”为主题。我们邀请了来自斯坦福、华盛顿州立大学等海内外一流院校的十余位经验丰富的优秀教师,以及阿里巴巴、蚂蚁金服、吉利汽车、浙江大丰、舟山港、宁波钢铁、个推、群核科技、宇树科技等各行业头部企业共同参与培养学生。我们将为世界高水平大学的优秀学生们开展包含课程学习、研讨会、工作坊、企业实习实践与文化活动等形式丰富的学习内容,致力于培养具有全球视野和社会责任感的创新人才。

This 90-day project is themed "Intelligent Technology for Sustainable Development". We have invited more than ten experienced and outstanding teachers from Stanford, WashingtonStateUniversityand other top universities at home and abroad, as well as Alibaba, Ant Financial, Geely, Hundsun Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Dafeng, Zhoushan Port, Ningbo Iron & Steel Technologies,Merit Interactive(Getui)Manycore Tech,Yushu Science And Technology and other leading enterprises in various industries to participate in this project. We are committed to cultivating innovative talents with a global perspective and a sense of social responsibility by providing a rich learning content including courses, seminars, workshops, internships and cultural activities for the outstanding students from the world's high-level universities.
